Mobi-Air and Diaper Recycling Technology Establish Employee Ownership Program

POSTED ON: February 28th, 2018

Mobi-Air, makers of a low energy hybrid air filtration platform, and Diaper Recycling Technology, makers of new low energy, air-less diaper recycling process, commented, have established an employee share ownership program.

“I participated in a variety of share option programs in the past whilst working for a major global consumer products company, and I appreciate the enhancements in employee morale when employees have share ownership of their company,” says Martin Scaife, managing director of the two companies. “Rather than implementing an ESOP system that gives employees the rights to purchase company shares at a specific pre-determined price, we believe that granting shares to employees adds more long-term value to both company and employees. We hire the very best people across the industry, people whose hard skill sets and experience, as well as passion and drive, can add value to our customer base and help to expand the company over the coming decades. Offering these very motivated staff a chance to own part of the company puts in place a win-win for the company and its employees. The combination of our motivated employees combined with breakthrough world-class equipment will, in turn, create happy, long term satisfied customers.”

Simon Liew, Manufacturing Vice President adds, “After carefully building and training the organization, we wish to hold and retain our high performing staff and are happy to give them part ownership in the company. As soon as Mobi-Air and Diaper Recycling Technology fulfill all local financial regulatory requirements, they will go public and be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. This gives a very clear target for all of our staff to work towards.”
