The smaller integrated process allows multiple processing steps (300 to 400 in total) ensuring pulp is adequately removed from the plastic stream. With the shredder enclosed within the sieving process, no transport processes are required to transport material from the shredding to sieving process meaning further energy and even more floor space is saved.
